I had a frustrating time trying to return something. Customer service took forever to get back to me, and when they finally did, it felt like the same copy-paste response over and over without actually answering what I asked.

The whole return process was way more annoying than it needed to be. They kept giving vague promises like it would be “looked into” or “handled soon,” but nothing really happened quickly, and I still lost money on shipping. I wouldn’t order again unless I was completely sure about the size.

I wanted to like this, but it didn’t really hold up once I washed it a few times. It started stretching out quickly, which makes me a little hesitant to buy another one since I don’t want to risk it losing its shape again.

I was a bit disappointed with the quality. The material feels quite cheap and not very durable, so overall, I don’t think it’s worth the price. It looked okay at first, but once I had it in hand, it just didn’t feel like a good purchase

I had to contact support twice about the same issue, once during lunch and again later after I’d already had a long day, and both times the replies were slow and not very helpful. It felt like they kind of skimmed my message instead of really reading what was going on. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just a clear answer, but the whole experience ended up being frustrating.

The fit was almost there, but the cup ended up feeling a little too small for me. I kind of regret not going up a size because I think it would’ve been much more comfortable.

I tried it on and pretty much knew immediately it wasn’t for me. The band dug in, the cups sat weird, and I just assumed it would only get more annoying the longer I wore it. I gave it one try and that was enough...

I really wanted to like this because I was hoping it would work for both nursing and pumping, but it just didn’t for me. The nursing clips were kind of a pain to manage with one hand, which is basically the whole point, right? And the pump flanges wouldn’t stay put, so I kept adjusting everything over and over. Who has time for that when you’re already trying to pump? It also wasn’t comfortable enough to wear for long stretches. For the price, I expected a lot better...
